Lamskoteletten in sinaasappelmarinade

Voor iedereen die van lamskoteletjes houdt is dit recept aan te bevelen. Ook erg lekker met citroen in plaats van sinaasappel.


1 sinaasappel, geboend
75 ml olijfolie
4 teentjes knoflook, fijngehakt
1 zakje verse Italiaanse kruiden
8 a 12 lamskoteletten
zout en (versgemalen) peper


Schil van sinaasappel raspen en vrucht uitpersen. In lage schaal olijfolie, sinaasappelrasp, sinaasappelsap en knoflook door elkaar kloppen. Op smaak brengen met zout en peper. Kruiden met klein pannetje kneuzen en door marinade scheppen. Lamskoteletten in marinade leggen en enkele malen omscheppen. Schaal afdekken en koteletten in koelkast ca. 1 uur marineren. Koteletten enkele malen omscheppen.


Lamskoteletten uit marinade nemen en laten uitlekken. Koteletten op goed ingevet rooster of grilltopper aan elke kant ca. 4 min. grillen. Koteletten enkele malen met achtergebleven marinade bestrijken.
